As part of your vacation package, you may be invited to attend a brief travel presentation. This presentation is solely intended to introduce you to additional travel opportunities, upgrades, and vacation benefits that may be available to you in the future, as well as to facilitate the delivery of any gifts, incentives, or promotional items included with your package.
We want to be clear that we are not a timeshare company, we do not sell timeshares, and we do not represent any timeshare developer or resort sales organization. Our focus is on providing affordable vacation experiences and helping travelers maximize the value of their travel opportunities. Participation in any presentation is for informational purposes only, and there is never any obligation to purchase anything.
Your vacation package includes a 4-Day / 3-Night hotel accommodation that must be redeemed and completed before any additional vacation benefits included in your package may be activated. Once your initial hotel stay has been completed, any additional vacations, cruises, or travel benefits included with your package may be redeemed in any order, subject to availability and the terms of each offer.
The purchase price of your vacation package covers the accommodations and travel benefits specifically outlined in your package. Government taxes, resort fees, hotel fees, transportation costs, gratuities, and other destination-specific charges are not included unless expressly stated. For cruise vacations, port charges, government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, gratuities, and other cruise line fees are the responsibility of the traveler and must be paid at the time of booking.
Most of our vacation packages are designed to accommodate up to four adults or a family of up to five travelers, making them perfect for couples, families, and groups looking to create lasting memories together. Specific occupancy limits may vary by destination, resort, or travel provider and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
We welcome families and children on the vast majority of our vacation packages, and children are generally permitted to travel when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. However, certain specialty vacations, cruises, resorts, events, or promotional packages may have minimum age requirements or other restrictions. Whenever age restrictions apply, they will be clearly disclosed in the package details before purchase or reservation.
Yes! Many of our vacation packages include special gifts and incentives designed to provide even more value to our travelers. After completing the required travel presentation associated with your package, eligible travelers may receive a $500 Restaurants.com Dining Credit, which can be used toward dining at participating restaurants nationwide.
In addition to the dining credit, we frequently offer other promotional gifts, travel benefits, attraction tickets, discounts, or bonus incentives based on current promotions and availability. Gift offerings may vary by package, destination, and travel dates, but our goal is always to ensure our customers receive exceptional value and an unforgettable travel experience.
One of the greatest benefits of our vacation packages is the flexibility they provide. Unlike many travel promotions, our packages have no blackout dates, allowing you to travel when it is most convenient for you and your family. Whether you’re planning a summer getaway, holiday vacation, or weekend escape, you’ll have the freedom to choose travel dates that fit your schedule, subject only to normal availability with the hotel, resort, cruise line, or travel provider.
Additionally, our packages do not impose seasonal travel restrictions, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your vacation any time of the year. All vacation benefits included with your package remain valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, providing plenty of time to plan and enjoy each of your included travel experiences. We understand that schedules can change, which is why we’ve designed our packages to offer maximum flexibility and convenience for our travelers.
To ensure the greatest selection of travel dates, accommodations, and length of stay, we strongly recommend booking your vacation as far in advance as possible. While our packages offer tremendous flexibility, availability is subject to the participating hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and travel providers associated with your selected destination.
In most cases, a minimum of 60 days advance notice is required to secure preferred travel dates and accommodations. Requests made with less notice may still be accommodated based on availability; however, bookings made within 30 days of travel may be subject to expedited processing fees, additional supplier charges, premium seasonal rates, or other applicable surcharges. Booking early helps ensure the best availability, the most travel options, and the smoothest vacation experience possible.
Yes. For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Travel Protection Plan for $99 per package. This protection plan is designed to help safeguard your vacation investment and provide assistance when unexpected circumstances arise.
Coverage includes the ability to reschedule qualifying booked travel when unforeseen events prevent you from traveling as planned. The plan also provides protection for trip cancellations, helping to minimize financial loss if a covered event requires you to cancel your vacation. In addition, the policy includes coverage for theft, lost personal belongings, and accidental damage to covered property, with protection benefits of up to $20,000, subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Because travel plans can change unexpectedly, we highly recommend considering travel protection to help ensure your vacation investment is protected from the moment you book until you return home.
